He believes a ceremony should feel like a conversation between two people who love each other, not a performance. Every script he writes starts with your story. He takes time to understand what matters to you, what makes you laugh, and what brought you together.
Harman is fun and engaging in front of people, whether it's a grand ballroom or a mountain clearing. He brings an intentional, grounded presence that makes the ceremony feel both meaningful and natural.

Carmen leads coordination at The Union Co. with a calm presence, a sharp eye for detail, and a deep understanding of how much the little moments matter.
After her own wedding day, she realized how easy it is for couples to miss the very details they spent months carefully choosing and dreaming about. The desserts, the atmosphere, the people, the quiet in-between moments. So much care goes into creating a wedding, and couples deserve the chance to actually experience it.
That's what drives her approach to coordination.
Behind the scenes, Carmen is thoughtful, observant, and deeply intentional. She notices what others miss, anticipates needs before they become problems, and protects the atmosphere of the day with both warmth and quiet authority.
From timelines and vendor communication to caring for guests and navigating unexpected moments, her role is to make sure everything feels seamless so couples can stay fully present in what matters most.
