We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak season (June through September) and popular mountain venues. That said, we do our best to accommodate shorter timelines when we can. Reach out and we'll let you know our availability.

Yes. Rehearsal attendance is included in both our officiant and coordination services. We walk your wedding party through ceremony flow, timing, and positioning so everyone feels confident and comfortable on the day.

SYMBIS stands for Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts, a research-based premarital assessment and coaching program developed by Drs. Les and Leslie Parrott. Harman is a certified SYMBIS facilitator. Sessions cover communication styles, conflict patterns, finances, intimacy, and shared values, giving couples a strong, intentional foundation heading into marriage.

Not at all. SYMBIS premarital coaching is an optional add-on for couples who want to invest in their relationship before the wedding day. You can book any of our officiant packages on their own.
